GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING – July 19, 2016

Meeting opened at 7:30pm at the HVFD 

Attendees Present:

General Discussion/Business:

• Homecoming date discussed. Possible dates: October 8^th or October 15^th.

• Advertise with more signs for Football/Cheer Registration

• Final equipment handout to take place Saturday, July 23^rd at the shed.

• Need to order additional football pants (particularly bigger sizes).

• Discussed changes to rosters (new and departing players).

• Picture Day to be scheduled on a Sunday preferably in September.

• 5 Football Teams for 2016 season as follows:  Flag (Coach TBD); 7U (Coach Erik Allen); 8U (Coach Sean Queen); 12U (Coach Mike Irving) & 13U (Coach Andre Jones). 

• 4 Cheer Squads for 2016 season as follows: Flag (Coach TBD); 7/8U (Coach Shannon Gatens); 11U (Donna Allison) & 12U (Coach Kim Koteff).

• Football Practices begin August 1^st.

• Cheer Practices begin August 8^th.

• Games begin August 27^th--schedule should be released around August 18^th or 19^th.

• Coaches shirts to be ordered by August 1st. 

• Club President and Football Commissioner will not be able to attend August 9^th meeting, possible reschedule for following week.
