General Discussion/Business:

  • Treasurer’s Report given (numbers reported for annual club costs).

  • Butter Braid Fundraiser still underway—extended 1 week.

  • Football/Cheer Registration opened April 1st.

  • Football/Cheer registration flyers for schools—printed incorrectly, printing company reprinting. Should be ready to distribute following Spring Break.  Tara to distribute.

  • Football/Cheer signs to be placed in front of HHS and PPES for 2 weeks beginning May 1st. Additional signs on Route 4.

  • Discussed purchasing additional road signs to be placed along Route 4 on weekends.  Dayna to look into costs.

  • Club may need to purchase additional helmets if we field all age groups (120 helmets current inventory).

  • Shawn Powell discussed Fall Fundraiser, to be organized for first weekend of football practices.  Need to advertise and communicate to members what we are fundraising for (new cheer mats, new helmets, etc.)

  • Club to reintroduce “Meet the Coach” night, tentative dates July 29th/Aug 5th.
