Lacrosse Raffle Fundraiser – Rocket Mesh has donated a custom HYC stick to raffle.
SMYLA Icebreaker scheduled for March 24
th in Bowie for U15, U13 and U11 teams.
SMYLA League Games begin April 7
Lacrosse Uniforms are in and will be distributed at practices this week.
Rocket Mesh passed out decals and performance butt ends to players this week.
Patrick Parise presented a proposed budget for Fall 2018 football.
Discussed purchase of new equipment for football including but not limited to: helmets, shoulder pads, first aid kits, equipment bags, etc.
Club to order bigger road signs to advertise Fall Registration.
4 Banners to be purchased and displayed for Fall Registration.
School Flyers advertising Fall Registration for Football/Cheer to be distributed in April.Sean Queen designing flyer.
Car decals to be ordered to distribute to HYC families.
New equipment shed to be built.Waiting to hear back from CCPR on location.
Communications with CCPR and CC Commissioners to get a Press Box/Announcers Booth built at HPP.
Golf Tournament fundraiser to take place late Summer/early Fall.Location:Chesapeake Hills.Details forthcoming.
Spring Football 14U team secure.8U pending on registration numbers by next week.
Equipment handout for Spring Football Saturday, March 17
th and Saturday, March 24 th (if needed).Sean Queen and Patrick Parise to manage.
Cheer uniforms.Nicki presented samples.Have decided against sublimated and going with knitted.
Discussed possible uniform sizing day for girls to try on uniforms.
