General Discussion/Business:

  • Treasurer’s Report Given.

  • Final Football Uniform Order to be sent July 25th.

  • Flag Jerseys need to be ordered 2 weeks prior to games. Andre to order.

  • Need to order more footballs for practice.

  • Additional helmets need to be ordered as well as more helmet decals (check around for cheaper pricing).

  • Storage Shed-need engineer to test to move shed to Marley Run (approx. $800 fee).

  • “Meet the Coaches Night” to possibly take place 7/27 at PPMS.Provide members with pizza.

  • Football Equipment hand-outs 9am-11am 7/21 and 7/28 at the shed.

  • Announce Head Coaches to club.

  • Maryland State IDs, email members to remind them IDs are required to play tackle football.

  • Discuss with sponsor about purchase of new tunnel.

  • Cheer accessories order from Omnni Cheer.

  • New uniforms have been ordered and paid for.

  • Free Cheer Clinic/Camp to be offered at HPP this month.Need liability form for parents to sign.

  • Cheer allowed PPES M, W, F at PPES or Tues/Thurs at PPMS for practices.

  • Discussed celebrities we are talking to for Celebrity Meet& Greet.
