GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING – October 2, 2018

Meeting opened at 7:44pm at HVFD

Attendees Present:

Board Members –

General Members –

General Discussion/Business:

  • Fred Lynch stepped down as Lacrosse Commissioner.

  • Board voted Shawn Powell in as new Lacrosse Commissioner.

  • Homecoming, are we able to use scaffolding to announce games at HPP or is HHS field an option for Homecoming day (Andre to inquire).

  • Cheer bake sale and vendors approved by CCRP for Homecoming Day.

  • Nicki to arrange Bake Sale through cheer coaches.

  • Andre to retrieve raffle bins from storage shed. Tara to order additional bins (for raffle basket tickets).

  • Board members to report to HPP 10/13 8am (soon as park opens) to set up for Homecoming. Flag games begin 8:30.

  • Golf Tournament caterer Urban BBQ went out of business.Get quotes from Adams Ribs and Misison BBW.

  • Golf Tournament signage. Sara DePompa has volunteered to make signs

  • Sean Queen to order goodie bags for golf tournament.
