GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING – January 8, 2019

Meeting opened at 7:45pm at PPMS

General Discussion/Business:

• Dayna gave treasurer’s report.  To provide breakdown of expenses to BOD later this month along with total profits from Golf Tournament.

• Tara presented Amended By-Laws which were voted and approved by all Board members unanimously.  Revised By-Laws to be updated on the website along.

• Tara presented HYC Code of Conduct also voted and approved unaminously by all Board members.  Code of Conduct to be listed on the club’s website. 

• Lacrosse Important Dates:  Team Commitments due Feb. 9^th.  Practices begin February 25^th.  7 Seasonal Games with 1 double header. Saturday Games start March 30^th through May 11^th with SMYLA Tournament concluding season May 18^th-19^th.   

• Waiting on confirmation for practice and home fields from CCPR. Practice field options are PPES, CSM and potentially HPP #17; should confirm fields after 1/15.

• Shawn and All Pro finalizing details on our new uniforms. Mock ups available to members soon. 

• Deadline to order uniforms Feb. 1^st (for preferred jersey # and size).

• Sunday Lax Clinics going well—start advertising.  Open to public at PPMS every Sunday (weather permitting).

• Discussed options for old cheer uniforms, possibly donate if we don’t need in 2019.
