GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING – February 12, 2019

Meeting opened at 7:30pm at HVFD

General Discussion/Business:

• Dayna not present but presented treasurer’s report to executive BOD prior to meeting via email. 

• Sean Queen paid PO Box for 2019.

• Football Equipment Returns (Need to collect from 13 more players)

• Football Helmets to be sent off for reconditioning.

• BOD voted to keep the football uniforms the same for 2019 (same as the prior 2 seasons).

• Shawn Powell attended recent CCPR Meeting.  Importance of recycling at county fields stressed—relay info to HYC members.

• Lacrosse:  Fielding 1 U1 team, 2 U9 teams, 2 U11 teams and 2U13 teams.  Did not have enough players to field U15. Shawn contacted U15 registrations regarding the cut.

• 2019 Lacrosse Head Coaches:  U7: Ryan Frasier; U9 Blue: Ryan Vance; U9 White: Ryan Billman; U11 Blue: Sean Harrington; U11 White: Greg Dodson & Kurt Leitch; U13 Blue: Jim Lusby; U13 White: Jim Lusby.

• All Lacrosse teams will begin practice the week of Feb 25^th with the exception of U7 Scoopers who will start week of March 4^th.

• Lacrosse Practices:  U7: Mon/Wed @ CMS; U9 Tues/Fri @ PPES; U11 Tues/Wed/Thur @ PPES; U13 Mon/Wed/Thur @ PPES.

• Lacrosse games begin March 30^th.

• All Lacrosse Coaches must fill out background check—Andre to call CCPR to verify.

• Shawn to order coaches shirts for Lacrosse coaching staff (from Old Towne in Huntingtown).

• Uniform supplier to set up online store with Canes hoodies and compression pants to match uniforms.

• Shawn to order goalie gear.

• BOD voted on club sponsorship.
