SMYAC Schedule to be released next Wed/Thurs.

Tentative HYC Homecoming Date, Oct. 12th.

Looking for volunteers for Homecoming. Tara to send out email to put together “Homecoming Committee”.

Discussed Pep Rally Options, possible relocation of event due to Health Dept regulations/new CCPR enforcements.

2nd football uniform order should be in next week to distribute to players.

Shed paperwork still in process.

Andre would like to add to Board member positions: Equipment Manager and Fundraiser Coordinator. Tara to email club for volunteers.

Shannon presented Cheer Report.

CCPR charge $10 per cheerleader.

Final Cheer rosters due Sept. 13th.

Waiting on CCRP for indoor practice facility/schedule. Hope to start indoors Sept. 30th week.

HYC to participate in Charles County Cheer Competition.

We need to update cheer rules to include rule for attendance (attend 80% percent of practices to be eligible to compete).

Cheer coach’s background checks are done and checked.

Shannon is working on cheer coach shirt mockup (should be ready tomorrow), will order ASAP.

Jimmy Harper presented field light options through local company (light rental with club discount).
