US Boys Lacrosse Spring 2023

The U10 program participates in the SMYLA League and is intended to be instructional, inclusive and focused on skill development. 

EQUIPMENT REQUIRED:

~ Full Protective Gear is Mandatory, which includes:  helmet, shoulder pads, gloves, elbow pads and mouthpice.

~ Regulation lacrosse stick - no fiddle sticks or trick sticks.

~ Regulation stick length -- 40-42" for offensive players / 52-72" long poles (defensive players)

~ Home team supplies table, clocks and horn even if at a neutral site.
