  • Spring Football Update from Sean– no change; county to review health requirements mid-April. No football allowed now by CCPR and County Health Dept.
  • Fall Football/Cheer registration to open April 1^st
    • Need to get coaching applications in soon. Sean to announce need for coaches in flyer.
  • Cheer Clinic update from Shannon
    • Need to secure location for clinic dates
    • Liz Starks to reach out to church across from PPMS for possible practice space
    • Tara Grim to research insurance policy options for clinic
  • Lacrosse update
    • All teams are practice and adhering to covid guidelines
    • SMYLA meeting on 3/20
    • Uniform orders in process
    • TBD Girls’ LAX for 9/10^th pending results of high school tryouts
  • Fundraising update from Natalie
    • Sponsorship letter being forwarded for board review
    • Discussed adding sponsors to website
    • Add “Donate Now” button to website
    • Add “Donation” option to registration
    • Yard Signs for Athletes – getting quotes; will update
    • Digital coupon for donut fundraiser Krispy Kreme

    • Setting up a meeting with Athletic Director, Sean, and Principal Webber
  • Bill Elliot has resigned from the equipment manager board seat due to outside responsibilities. Sean to announce opening in flyer.
