Sean reported we are missing a lot of equipment from 2019. He ordered new helmets with the virtual 5K money.
Discussion of how to ensure we get equipment returned next year. We cannot hold players ID cards, and it should not be coaches’ responsibility to ensure equipment is returned. Discussed using a spreadsheet this year to keep track of who gets equipment, and we should have players return equipment to the shed and keep it documented.
8U is light throughout SMYAC, and we do not have enough for a time unless more register
At next SMYAC will see what teams are signed up. 8U is light throughout the league. Discussed that the games may begin after Labor Day, and this will be voted at the SMYAC meeting
