Pat thanked everyone who helped get football up and running after two years and for Sean getting the new equipment
Discussed coaches’ shirts
Discussed flag jerseys and flag team may be split into two
Discussed Canes decals on helmets, we will find out how many players need decals and the cost.
Tara reported All Pro is setting up an apparel store online for two weeks. The items will get shipped to Tara or Sean and then distributed at practice. Portion of proceeds goes back to the club.
Discussed homecoming will be 2nd or 3rd weekend in October. Discussed having 13/14U team play Friday night
Discussed pep rally and activities will need to be COVID friendly.
Game schedule is not set yet
Sean reported he is sending out last football order this Friday
Discussed having an equipment manager. Since equipment is already distributed, we will discuss this position next month
Cheer
Katie reported she ordered 109 cheer accessories that has already arrived, and another order will go out tonight
Shannon reported they will pass out the accessories when they get the uniforms which should arrive in two weeks
Discussed cheer coaches’ shirts, Shannon will order the shirts from same vendor as in 2019
Flag cheer may be split into two teams, and we need another coach

Fundraising update from Natalie
Discussed that discount cards may not be a good idea this year de to COVID, and some of the local HS football teams use these as their main fundraiser
Discussed a popcorn fundraiser
Discussed yard sign fundraiser for football and cheerleading. The club with pre order some, and it will be posted on Facebook

Club needs to send reminder email regarding the rules during practice- no smoking, no parking in certain areas and no animals on the fields
Club will also send email regarding lightening protocol
Discussed that kids and some adults are spiting during practice, and with COVID we need to ask them to stop
