We will need more helmets
Discussed that there is a weigh in for 9th graders who want to play youth. Sean does not handle the weigh ins for HYC, but he goes to other clubs and does their weigh in. There is also an ID check verify the age

At least thirty new uniforms will be ordered this season
The cheer summer will camp will have a fee to help overset the cost of the new uniforms
Fundraising:
Natalie reported she is trying to set up a spirit night at the new adventure park in Prince Frederick
Sean reported the spirit nights are not brining in much money since we only receive 10%
Katie asked about doing the 5K again, but it would need to be in the fall so as not ton conflict with high school lacrosse 5K
Discussed whether the kids can sell the cards, but we need to check to see if HHS is doing this as a fundraiser
Tara will follow up with some companies who offered to make donations for the score board
