GENERAL BOARD MEETING – June 14, 2022

Meeting opened at 7:30pm through Zoom online-conferencing platform

General Discussion/Business:

o    Lacrosse

§  Girls’ lacrosse camp is coming up. We are getting final confirmation on coaches, and t-shirts have been ordered.

§  Tara will meet coaches for equipment handout

§  Boys lax camp is going well, and the website issue has been resolved.

§  Goals will need to be collected at the end of the camps

o    Football

§  Registration for 9U is a concern. If more kids to not sign up we will need to inform families that there is not enough for a team.

§  We will not need to order many extra uniforms. An order will be put in soon and there should be a six week turn around.

§  Ordering approximately $3,000 worth of helmets.

§  Inventory and cleaning will occur in July and the equipment handout will be mid-July.

§  WE have a new light tower, and we are possibly getting two more that will be covered by the Super bowl pool.

§  It will cost $5,000 for a new scoreboard and we will look for sponsorships soon.

§  Fields are getting reserved for football camps.

o    Cheer

§  Shannon reported that the uniforms have been ordered and coaches are signing up.

§  HPP Field 17 for cheer camp and we are waiting on insurance and the permit. The camp will possibly include a t-shirt.
