General Discussion/Business:

• HYC Board has declined the Wilson Ennis Clubhouse proposal - at this time with registration numbers being low we did not feel confident that we could guarantee the number of memberships required for the contract and did not want to put the club at a financial commitment it might have caused by falling short of those guaranteed memberships.
• Meet the Coach Night will be at PPMS practice field on Friday, July 29th from 6pm - 8pm. 
• Practices can begin August 1st
• The Board has a meeting on July 14th with the HHS Boosters to discuss the proposed club name and colors change.
• Concussion clinic at WEC - recommended as mandatory for coaches  - this is a free clinic however you must register with WEC to attend
• Ridell helmets were sold at the first equipment handout and went very well, they will be attending the next handout on the 27th and the Meet the Coach Night on the 29th.
• NYSCA membership renewals - if you have not already done so please be sure you are registered with NYSCA and please provide your membership number to Randy
• Paul Miklovic has stepped down as Vice President and the Board has appointed Chris Kelly as V.P. to complete Paul's term, at which time the position will be open to applicants and voted upon.
• Cheer News - a Pep Rally was proposed for homecoming this year if you are interested in helping plan this event please contact Caryn Fossile
