General Discussion/Business:

  • Homecoming is Sat. September 17th - Help will be needed for setup/load up Friday night. HYC has to man moonbounces
  • Letter/Flyer regarding Change of Colors/Name will be avail at Homecoming
  • Pam Kasulke will be handling baskets again this year
  • Raffle tickets have been handed out with no practices the last two weeks because of weather it has been a slow process
  • Program/Flyer of the days events will be made
  • Cheerleaders will be hosting a bake sale during homecoming
  • Be sure to inform parents to get raffle tickets in early drawings begin with the first games of the day
  • Basketball News - Coach applications are being accepted and need to be in by 10/11 for vote and announcement
  • Age groups are 9 & 10, 11, 12, 13 & 14
  • Request for ideas on how to collect old uniforms - parents from last year still have not turned in uniforms - registrations clearly states $200 fee for equipment/uniforms not turned in.
  • Invoices need to be created and sent to families that haven't turned in equipment.
