Lacrosse - proposed option was passed by Board Members
Lacrosse - HHS Coaches are on board for coaching with or along side HYC coaches, CMS main practice spot still working on HHS fields, PPE/M S possible locations as well - Sample uniforms will be avail in a couple of months
Football - Concussion clinic for All clubs commissioners and presidents is being offered
Basketball - Jersey's were shown and approved by attendees and board
Meet the Coach Night - still July 27th but possible move time to 7-9 since contact clinic is being held that same night for some players
There will be a Silent Auction at Meet the Coach Nt, Apparel samples for orders, free pizza provided and drinks will be at cost proceeds to WEC.

Board is to discuss all upcoming purchases and bills (county fees, insurance fees, scoreboard costs etc to see where we stand on budget)
There are a total of 109 registered/paid in full regisitrations as of 6:30pm 7/10/12 #'s are looking good.
Football - HHS coach has invited older age groups for conditioning clinics as HHS M/T/T 6-8pm contact Randy Stephens or Charlie Brown one of HHS coaches.
Football Coach Clinic set for Wed 7/25 by HHS Head Coach
Scrimmages - 1st scrimmage against LaPlata at LaPlata on Aug 18th - ref's will be there but it ill be up to coaches that day if full games are to be played, looking at 2nd scrimmage poss date Aug 25th more info coming.
