GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING – November 20, 2012

Meeting opened at 7:35pm at the HVFD 

Attendees Present:

Board Members –
Wendy Madison, Secretary
Barbara Hayes, Treasurer
Randy Stephens, Football Commissioner

General Members – 
Dennis Boone, Carol Wargo, Joe Kasulke

Reports:
  • Treasures report given 
General Discussion/Business:
  • End of Year Party for teams was discussed.
  • Trophy’s – Flag – 7U will receive trophy’s 8U-14U will receive medals
  • All equipment is to be handed in to Head Coaches who will then turn over to Randy Stephens.  Head Coaches will sign off on pants returned.  If any questions please speak to Randy Stephens.
  • All applications and back ground information was to be received by the Nov meeting – as of the close of the meeting there is only 1 person putting in for each position. 
  • Jeff Bagarus has stepped down as Basketball Commissioner
  • With the Basketball commissioner position being vacated midterm HYC Board will be appointing someone to this position. – Interested persons are to contact Erik Allen immediately.
  • Next Meeting Tuesday, December 11th
