GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING – July 17, 2018

Treasurer’s Report Given.
Final Football Uniform Order to be sent July 25th.
Flag Jerseys need to be ordered 2 weeks prior to games. Andre to order.
Need to order more footballs for practice.
Additional helmets need to be ordered as well as more helmet decals (check around for cheaper pricing).
Storage Shed-need engineer to test to move shed to Marley Run (approx. $800 fee).
“Meet the Coaches Night” to possibly take place 7/27 at PPMS.Provide members with pizza.
Football Equipment hand-outs 9am-11am 7/21 and 7/28 at the shed.
Announce Head Coaches to club.
Maryland State IDs, email members to remind them IDs are required to play tackle football.
Discuss with sponsor about purchase of new tunnel.
Cheer accessories order from Omnni Cheer.
New uniforms have been ordered and paid for.
Free Cheer Clinic/Camp to be offered at HPP this month.Need liability form for parents to sign.
Cheer allowed PPES M, W, F at PPES or Tues/Thurs at PPMS for practices.
Discussed celebrities we are talking to for Celebrity Meet& Greet.
