  • General Discussion/Business:
    • Virtual 5K
      • Tara reported that she has received all of the checks from the donors
      • Sean reported he will pick up the 5K medals
      • Discussed the turnout for families picking up the 5k t-shirts
    • Football
      • Sean reported that only new coaches should fill out an application
      • Sean reported that he and Greg are pushing but there has not been any movement from the county to approve youth football
      • Sean reported uniforms need to be ordered by July 15
      • Sean reported he has a box of the new pants and jerseys and he will set up fittings once a week
      • Next SMYAC meeting is sometime in June
    • Cheer
      • Shannon provided update on cheer camp
      • Shannon reported that cheer coaches can also fill out an application unless they are returning coaches in which case they can email her directly
      • Sean reported he is getting phone calls that the age is wrong for cheer on the registration page, and Tara reported that issue is fixed
    • Lacrosse
      • Tara reported that someone needs to get the goals from the fields and some need to be re-strung
      • Coaches have returned their equipment during the 5k t-shirt hand out
